Learn about the fascinating history of this old mining town and the legends told of the Superstition Mountains. Admittedly, it is a bit of a tourist trap with plenty to do but everything costs money. I would recommend choosing a planned activity or two before you go, otherwise, your kids are going to be begging to do everything! I would recommend the mine tour, train ride or zip line. My kids also love the target shooting game located in a building near the church. They also have a free gunfight show on the weekends. Or, escape the heat and enjoy cheap entertainment watching old releases during their Summer Movie Fun program.

I prefer Black Cherry and my kids love Crazy Colors. They also have other treats like shaved ice, and the best part is that it is very inexpensive. Each location has a different look, our favorite is the Queen Creek Winter Quarters Water and Ice with its western cowboy them.
There are so many flavors to choose from, my favorite is Strawberries and Cream.
